Details
Invendor is an Estonian startup that produces smart software and modern hardware, accompanied by seamless integrations, to provide the best vending solutions. We have been design partners since early 2023, and we work primarily on the design of mobile and web apps for their ecosystem, but we also cover the marketing side and design all of their branding collateral. At the same time, when our collab started, they were finishing the rebranding process with an Estonian agency, so one of the tasks was to bring the apps up to speed with the new, refreshed company's identity. Since then, we guided the overall change of their whole ecosystem, both from the visual and from the usability side. We have an ongoing partnership, and we're helping them introduce and implement all the new features, as well as refine the existing ones based on feedback from end users.
Challenge
We were brought in to improve the founders’ original design by adding to usability, aesthetics, and localization, while aligning their products with sales efforts across the Nordics and beyond.
Goal
Our ongoing work with Invendor began with a full UX audit and report, followed by redesigning their mobile app, then the web admin app, and later extending to marketing collateral.
Result
The redesigned apps were very well accepted by their end users, who also provided valuable feedback on some features and helped us polish them even more.
