Details
Auretas is an independent family office that provides asset management services to German clients, with a twist - their approach is anything but traditional, as is their style. Collaborating for a few years, as their design partner, we are honored to be trusted with the design of their internal tools, as well as the client-facing interfaces. We were involved with the design of their trademarked internal tool, Kompassplanungstool, from scratch. Besides that, we were contracted to give their website a long-overdue redesign from scratch. Additionally, we led the client-facing apps redesign process and got involved with a series of reports, forms, and other related documents, as well as other marketing collateral.

Challenge
The client has quite a different and innovative approach to asset management, with specific tools and a pretty artistic vision. We were tasked to make their vision turn into a reality, and to improve the usability of the existing tools - both for their staff, and for their end users.
Goal
With Auretas, we kicked off with a UX audit and workshops to uncover their business logic, users, and needs, then iterated closely with their engineering team—building a superb partnership rooted in bold ideas and non-conventional solutions.
Result
We’re especially proud of Auretas’ website, praised with outstanding feedback; the internal tool we designed streamlines their daily tasks, and client-facing apps are still in development.
